We’ve been spending lots of time setting short-term goals each week in preparation for this Spring. This got us thinking about the program goals for Princeton Softball.
Here's the Top 10 on our list:
1. Ivy CHAMPIONS! (Of course)
2. Re-connect with all 30 Years of Princeton Softball Alumni & Friends.
3. Facility Improvement.
4. Sustain our West Coast Spring Break team trip.
5. Create a culture of character while pursuing excellence on and off the field.
6. Get better everyday.
7. 50 alumni in attendance at this year's Home Run Derby Reunions Event.
8. Establish an Alumni Core Group to further develop the Friends of Princeton Softball.
9. Create an Alumni Mentoring program for current players.
10. Be consistent.
